Frustrated? These words may help.

Last week, I had an amazing session with a client. What was the message she needed to hear during it?

"Stop what you are doing. Let go of that feeling that you have to push through when you feel frustrated. You don't need to push through it. It is better to do less, more mindfully, than to do more, less mindfully."

These words did not come from me. (I don’t give advice during sessions.) One of the ways I support my clients is to encourage and support them as they look for guidance from within themselves.

These powerful words came when we asked her inner voice, a guide within her, to answer the questions she’s been wrestling with.

Those words have stuck with me since. It is a message I personally needed to hear.
