Some Suggestions
Food
Portland is a foodie town. Food suggestions from https://www.instagram.com/platesofportlandmaine and https://www.portlandfoodmap.com (see their decision making version: https://www.portlandfoodmap.com/map-view). If you’ve got something specific in mind, ask us, we might have a suggestion.
Things to do
Want to take your own lighthouse tour? here’s lighthouses places that are fairly close, just outside Portland. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ojCQoAasptEMUhfQ9
Need a kid activity? Consider the Children’s Museum.
Other Suggestions:
Explore a Portland neighborhood
Shopping in the Old Port
L.L.Bean & Outlets in Freeport ~25 mins from Portland or the Kittery Outlets
Evening Corn Maze ~30 mins from Portland
Tour boats will be done by then, but you could take a Casco Bay Lines Ferry out to Peaks Island

What should I wear?
Maine Nice — Think "Lobster Dinner, but Make it Casual"
"Maine Nice" is a bit like fog on the coast — it's hard to define, but you'll know it when you see it.
Translation: Clean, comfortable, and a step up from your everyday attire.
What We're Wearing: Sarah's dress is casual-fancy, just right for her flats. Dan will be wearing a button-down and... wait for it... cargo-less pants. We know, we're as surprised as you are.
Do: Flannel, sweaters, button-downs, dresses you can move in, nice jeans/pants, and comfortable shoes (including Bean Boots – they're always a hit!) Bring socks for bowling!
Don't: Tuxedos/gowns (unless you're a fancy moose), ripped jeans, gym clothes.
Basically: Look good enough for a photo, but comfy enough to bowl and throw beanbags. We ain't fancy, just Maine nice.
