Are you living a life that anyone could live?

By not making decisions about what is most important to you, you are letting life happen to you.

What you may not realize is that is a choice too.

Invite you to pause.png

Just going through life and letting it happen to you leaves you with a life that anyone could live.

Our choices matter. I think that most of us would agree that the big ones matter because they direct our lives. They allow us to craft the life we want to live, instead of just seeing what happens.

Here’s the thing: the little decisions matter too.

They build upon each other and create the majority of the way we each live.

The way you commute to work may impact how you arrive at the office, which may shape how you have your first interactions of the day, which can influence how that tough meeting plays out in the afternoon.

Each one of those steps along the way involves choices that you can make. These decisions give us an opportunity to recognize our power and change things for the better.

But you have to take moments to pause. Take the time to consider what opportunities you have to decide. To identify the possible choices and determine the one you want to make.

I invite you to take the time now to pause. What one small choice can you make today that will empower you instead of letting life happen to you?

Make that choice. See what happens. Learn from it. Grow from it. Make an other tomorrow.
