I’m excited you are here.

I’m so glad you found me on The Lively Community Foundation’s Wellbeing Pages. I have followed Jess Lively’s work for years. Through her podcast and one of her classes, I’ve changed my life for the better and now I’m excited to help you do the same. It was Jess’s work that inspired me to become a life coach.

I'm offering Find Your Way Forward, a mentoring journey for people at a crossroads seeking to connect with their truth, know what direction to take, and move forward without fear of judgment or getting it wrong.

Hi! I’m Sarah and I look forward to working with you.

Hi! I’m Sarah and I look forward to working with you.

This is appropriate for individuals who have have worked through their trauma with a trauma focused professional, then come to me for more work to figure out what is next.

Often even after we have processed a trauma, we are left in old ways of being that have become habits that are hard to change, even though we know we want something different. This a strength of my coaching, to help clients move forward in the right direction.

Find Your Way Forward

A mentoring journey for people at a crossroads seeking to connect with their truth, know what direction to take, and move forward without fear of judgment or getting it wrong.

When we are confused about a decision we need to make, talking things through with someone can really help us see ourselves more clearly and for clarity to emerge.

But the challenge can be finding that person. Someone who is willing to be fully present, to really hear us, and who can give us non-judgemental support. If that is what you know you need right now then I would love to be that person and support you in finding your way forward.

Find Your Way Forward was created to help you solve these challenges:

  • Feeling exhausted by your life. You know you want something different but you can’t figure out what that is.

  • Your mind being in a tangled mess of worrying thoughts about what direction you should be taking.

  • Being torn between two or more options because your pro’s and con’s list come out being equal.

  • Feeling pressure to make the “right” choice because of how that decision could impact on your future.

  • The continual putting off making any changes because of how that will impact on others, what they might think, and the disappointment that may cause.

  • The same unresolved challenge cycling back around and causing you a lot of stress.

Through our work together we’ll be able to:

  • Get to the heart of why you are feeling so unsettled.

  • Take the pressure off and slow down enough to figure out what you want.

  • Make sense of your indecisiveness and sorting fact from fiction.

  • Tease everything apart to work with them on one at a time, while still understanding how they interconnect.

  • Separate your true thoughts and values from those your have picked up from others.

  • Understand why something that seems right on paper just doesn’t feel right.

  • Narrow down your choices and feel confident about your next steps to take.

  • Committing to a decision (for the right reasons) and seeing it through so you can get your life back on track.

How to gauge if we would work well together:

  • You realize that making choices based on your own inner guidance and ignoring everything else could be uncomfortable, but very worthwhile in the end.

  • You have time for an hour long coaching sessions each week. They will take place online via Zoom.

  • You are willing to implement our work into your life. You will dedicate time between each call to implement 1-3 take away exercises.

  • You are ready to be encouraged to connect to the wisdom in your mind and body, so that you can make the choices that are best for you and create a life that truly feels like yours.

You receive:

  • 6 x Personal coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

  • Every call will be recorded and I’ll send overview notes after the call.

  • 1-3 take away exercises after each call so you can carry our work into your life and start seeing impacts right away. You’ve got to implement things to see change.

  • Access to me between calls for check ins as needed. Sometimes something comes up that just needs some attention right away. You won’t be held back by waiting until our next scheduled session.

  • You’ll end with tools and resources you’ll use for decades to come.

  • You’ll start connecting to your own wisdom. By paying attention to your body and mind, you’ll start to get clear about what you truly want.

Please note: I am not a therapist and therapists have a lot more rigorous requirements to be qualified. Therapy is an important tool for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, and post traumatic stress disorder. I don’t work with people experiencing these, unless they are also working with a mental health professional.
