I've been described as having strong heart, a clear vision, and presence. Work as a nonprofit fundraising professional for an environmental organization in Portland, ME allows me to work to make sure there is support for our local waters.

I'm a certified Courageous Living Coach with a concentration in somatic coaching through the Courageous Living Coach Certification. This program is rooted in a holistic philosophy grounded in supporting clients where they’re at. I use this training to help people navigate life’s choices.

In my free time I’m often found walking with my pup, enjoying Maine's coast, gardening, or learning something new about psychology.
